Inspect targeting

Choose all contacts, selected tags only or exclusions where available. Actually select the tags and inspect who remains. A mode label alone does not define the list.

Handle individual exceptions

Distinguish skipping this year from excluding a person continuously. Even with correct tags, verify the final recipient in the SMS or sharing app before sending.
