Frequently asked questions

Emily Carter’s Story screen — a received text, a reply sent from your phone, a recorded call with its Call Summary, a note and a to-do, in time order.

Business view — texts that arrive on one shop phone show up in the same story on several staff PCs, and conversations from several staff phones come together on one master account PC. The number of phones and PCs you can connect depends on your plan.

Emily Carter’s story, shown on a PC screen and on an Android phone screen. On the phone, three demos play in turn — 1. Text & note: reply to Emily’s text and add a note to her story. 2. Call & summary: an incoming call opens the call popup; when the call ends, the call record appears in the story and Speech Recognition shows the call summary. 3. Tags & group messages: in Contacts, pick three customers with the VIP tag and text them at once. Use the “Text & note”, “Call & summary” and “Tags & group messages” buttons to choose a demo.

Don’t lose track of important calls. Turn recorded calls into text with speech recognition.
