Use the sample format or available custom-file mapping option. Review proposed name and phone columns, leading zeros and country codes before saving.

Personalize messages

Use Excel personalization to connect each row’s values to the body. Select the editor’s own substitution fields rather than typing arbitrary placeholders.

Confirm different rows

Preview normal rows, different dates or amounts, and missing values. Contact import and message sending are separate tasks. Automatic mapping does not verify the truth of the source data.
