Find a VoiceNote record with filters and search

Reduce the list

Use record type and sorting to find the relevant period or customer. This helps separate repeated words across many conversations.

Search processed content

Try a title, topic or remembered phrase. Unprocessed audio cannot be treated as searchable text, and recognition errors may hide an exact word.

Inspect the record

Use transcript search inside the chosen item and return to audio where available. If nothing appears, check the account, filters and processing status before importing another copy.
