Import an existing call recording into VoiceNote
Prepare the original
Play the file and confirm its content. Import only audio you may process and check damaged or silent files first.
Import and check details
Open call-recording import in Records and select the file. Review the person and time inferred from its filename; correct missing or mistaken values manually.
Verify processing and retention
An imported list item does not mean transcription is complete. Inspect the text and customer link after processing. Keep the source until you have confirmed the imported data and needed playback.
