A carrier’s included SMS allowance does not automatically include Textory fees or permit commercial bulk sending. Check the exact plan and line conditions.

Separate the costs

List Textory plan and add-on fees, extra carrier charges and your actual sending counts. Compare the same time period and message types.

Reduce avoidable sends

Check duplicates, resolved requests and existing reservations. Remove unnecessary recipients without removing required sender or opt-out information. Use actual billing records rather than assuming a fixed saving percentage.
