Set Smart tags and verify the matching contacts

Start with one condition

Open Contacts → Manage Tags → Smart Tags and create a tag. Choose the automatic condition mode, then set the supported field, comparison and value.

Preview the actual people

Read the generated condition sentence and check whether multiple conditions require all or any to match. Preview the count and inspect individual contacts. Missing or outdated source values can produce an incorrect group.

Classification is not sending

Saving a Smart tag does not automatically send messages. Select the verified group in the message editor and review recipients and opt-outs separately. Document the tag’s purpose so teammates interpret it consistently.
