What is Textory? Text from your PC and keep each customer’s history

Textory is a customer messaging app: you type texts on your PC, they go out from your Android phone, and the messages and calls you exchange with each customer stay together in their contact story. It’s made by Textory Corporation.

Where does it run?

Install the Android app on your phone and sign in at www.textory.com on your PC with the same account. Texts you write on the PC go out from the phone that’s signed in, and the texts and calls on that phone show up in the contact story on your PC. Textory is Android-only for now.

How are texts sent?

Outside Korea, texts go out only from your own connected Android phone — over your carrier plan, from that phone’s number. Your Textory plan sets how many you can send per day and per month, and your carrier’s terms apply on top; see Sending limits and costs. Marketing texts have their own rules; see Marketing texts and opt-outs.

Who uses it?

Teams that keep in touch with customers by text. Examples by industry:

Are VoiceNote and Loela the same app?

No. All three are made by Textory Corporation, but they’re separate apps.

  • VoiceNote turns recordings and voice notes into text and carries them into customer records and next steps.
  • Loela keeps your contacts’ birthdays in order, lets you review a greeting, and opens your phone’s messaging app so you send it yourself.
