Real-estate follow-ups: requirements, viewings and next actions
Illustrative workflow. The situations and messages below are fictional examples, not customer testimonials or measured results.
Record useful requirements
After a call, note the requested area, budget range, move-in timing and essential conditions. Mark unknown information as requiring confirmation rather than turning a preference into an agreement.
Separate customer and property state
Use customer tags for actions such as First inquiry or Viewing arranged. Verify price, availability and property details in their original records; a contact note is not an automatic listing-system integration.
Confirm a viewing
A fictional example: Your viewing is arranged for tomorrow at 2 p.m. Please contact us if you need to change it. Check the agreed time and meeting place before sending. Avoid unnecessary access codes or contract details.
Close the follow-up loop
Use callbacks to explain how to leave an inquiry, then schedule the actual response. A callback does not complete a consultation. Review unanswered messages and unverified conditions at the end of the day.
